What is the REACH program?

Our work involves accelerating companies that develop property technology. We start by recognizing new kinds of developing property technology. The second step is to invest in that technology, and the third step is to accelerate that technology through the REACH program.

What type size of companies does REACH work with?

While we are open to all types of companies, we typically work with companies from Seed to Series A.

What business model is REACH focused on?

We are business agnostic and really want to bring in companies that we believe we can help the most.

What vertical is REACH interested in?

Our most obvious focus is on technology that helps enhance the real estate practitioners business and corresponding consumer experience. That said, this can touch verticals from FinTech, PropTech, CleanTech, and IOT. The best way to know is to get in touch.

Isn’t REACH just for early stage companies? I’m too late for an “accelerator”!

Not necessarily, REACH is a scale up program that focuses on helping companies grow geographically, expand TAM across verticals and increase engagement with existing products.

How is REACH different from (Y Combinator, 500 Startups etc)?

What does it cost to be in REACH?

There is a cost to be in REACH which is discussed upon being shortlisted for our program.
