REACH Australia Announces Class of 2023

Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia (30th January 2023) – Second Century Ventures, the strategic investment arm of the National Association of Realtors® and the most active global real estate technology fund, announced today the acceptance of eight companies to the 2023 REACH Australia program. This is the fourth cohort for the program. The REACH accelerator is designed to help technology companies scale their growth and make a lasting impact across real estate communities worldwide. The companies have been hand-picked and are set to kick off with the REACH GENESIS conference in Brisbane on March 12.

Announced in 2022 as the RESIDENTIAL VC OF THE YEAR by CRETI, the REACH program continues its dominance globally, fostering partnerships with multiple Real Estate Institute peak bodies and strategic alliances with Technology Associations and advisory boards.

The REACH program presents a dynamic group of start-ups that are not just pushing the boundaries of innovation in the real estate industry, but also bringing diversity and inclusivity to the forefront. With a strong representation of New Zealand-owned companies such as Tapi and ListAssist, as well as three companies led by female C-suite executives, these firms are not only addressing the persistent challenges in the global housing market but also enhancing the capabilities of agents and brokers to serve consumers more efficiently.

The Companies accepted to the REACH 2023 program are as follows:

  • Sensor Global: The patent owners of a home/facility sensor that automatically checks itself backed by monitoring software

  • Liz: An app designed to assist tenants with fiscal responsibility and shared payment scenarios

  • QuantPS: An optimization engine that helps banks and their customers sell distressed residential property for more, faster.

  • Tapi: The Property Care Platform for residential property managers to better report, track and plan maintenance and repairs.

  • ListAssist.ai: AI automating the writing of listing descriptions for the sale and lease of residential properties.

  • MarketBuy.com.au: Bringing transparency and communication to the offer management process in Residential Real Estate

  • Realtime Conveyancer: A breakthrough end-to-end SaaS solution built by practitioners to empower conveyancers and lawyers to execute faster, safer, and smoother property settlements for the benefit of all parties. 

  • Properti.ai: An online platform that automates Real Estate social media marketing by creating, posting, and promoting brand video and image creatives.

These companies were handpicked for their groundbreaking technologies and their potential to make a real impact in the industry, from automating listing descriptions to bringing transparency to the offer management process.
